V-Go Instant Savings Program
With the V-Go Instant Savings Program, commercially insured patients pay $0 for their first prescription at any retail pharmacy.* Refills cost $30 or $80 depending on your insurance benefit.†
Here’s what you need to do to start saving.
- Simply download and print the card. (Cards have no expiration date.‡)
- Activate it by calling the toll-free number on the card.
- Present the card to your pharmacist for savings.
- Start saving!

This card is NOT valid for prescriptions that may be reimbursed under a federal or state healthcare program, including Medicare, Medicaid, or any other similar federal or state healthcare program, including any state pharmacy assistance program. This card is only valid for insured patients.

Notice of Expiration
The terms of the previously available V-Go Co-pay Reduction Card, which were effective July 1, 2015, will no longer apply starting November 2, 2015.
If you use your old V-Go Co-pay Reduction Card or a new card on or after November 2, 2015, the terms of the V-Go Instant Savings Program will apply. Under the V-Go Instant Savings Program, commercially insured patients pay $0 for their first prescription, and $30 or $80 for refills depending on your insurance benefit. See details above.

Important Risk Information
If regular adjustments or modifications to the basal rate of insulin are required in a 24-hour period, or if the amount of insulin used at meals requires adjustments of less than 2-Unit increments, use of the V-Go Disposable Insulin Delivery Device may result in hypoglycemia. The following conditions may occur during insulin therapy with V-Go: hypoglycemia (low blood glucose) or hyperglycemia (high blood glucose). Other adverse reactions associated with V-Go use include skin irritation from the adhesive pad or infections at the infusion site. V-Go should be removed before any magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) testing.
